This notice explains what personal data DK Mission Force Pvt. Ltd. collects through dilipauti.com, why we collect it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you fill a form on this site we collect the details you enter: usually your name, mobile number, city, business name, business type and turnover range. If you take the Business Health Check we also store your answers and scores. We record the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
Why we collect it
- To send you the report, ticket or reply you asked for.
- To call you once, within one working day, about your enquiry.
- To send workshop reminders and updates on WhatsApp, only if you ticked the box that allows it.
WhatsApp messages
We only message you on WhatsApp if you gave consent by ticking the box on the form. We record the date and time of that consent. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP, or by writing to us.
Cookies
Some cookies are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand which pages are useful. We only set the second kind if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw consent. Write to our Grievance Officer at the contact below. We will respond within the time required by law.
