Business Excellence Workshop
Three hours outside your business, spent looking at it properly.
Ask an owner how business is, and he will tell you the turnover
Ask him why it has not grown in three years, and the room goes quiet.
Not because he does not know his business. Nobody knows it better. But he has been standing inside it every day for eleven years, and you cannot see the shape of something you are standing in the middle of.
That is all this workshop is. Three hours outside it, with somebody who has looked at fifty thousand of them.
What happens in the three hours
Reality check
Where the business actually is, as opposed to the version you give at family functions.
Business awareness
The places your business is quietly losing money and time. Most owners find two or three they had never counted, and one that genuinely surprises them.
Future business thinking
What a business three times this size needs to look like, and why almost nothing that got you to five crore will take you to fifteen.
The growth framework
The structure we use with every client. Sales, systems, team, cash and leadership, and how they hold each other up.
Entrepreneur mindset
Why two owners in the same market, with similar intelligence and similar capital, end up ten years apart. It is rarely talent.
Execution blueprint
What you will actually do when you get back to your office on Monday.
The ninety day plan
Written down, with your figures on it, before you leave the room.

No motivation. No slogans.
Nobody will ask you to shout anything or stand on a chair. There is no music. You will work on your own business with your own numbers, and you will leave with a written plan. If what you want is to feel inspired for a fortnight, there are cheaper ways to get it.
And afterwards
Some owners take the ninety day plan and run it themselves. That is a perfectly good outcome and rather the point. Others want help doing it, and for them the next step is Business Sanjivani: two months, with the full plan, the systems, and support until it is actually built.
Nobody will chase you. You will be told what exists and then left to decide, which is how it should be.
