Inner Circle Transformation is the flagship programme of DK Mission Force, run by Dilip Auti and Komal Auti over nine to fifteen months. It combines intensive residential training, practical workshops, continuous coaching, implementation support and accountability, and focuses on implementation and measurable results rather than classroom learning.

Everybody can change a business for a fortnight

You attend something good. You come back full of intent. You call a meeting, announce a new system, and for eleven days it holds.

Then a large order arrives. A supervisor resigns. A payment gets stuck and you spend a week chasing it. Six weeks later the business has quietly returned to exactly what it was, and you have concluded that you lack discipline.

Usually, but not always. Owners already operating at larger scale can apply directly, and we will tell you honestly after a conversation.
